90 Degree Temperature and Rain in the Bay Area?

Where am I, Hanoi? Southeast Asia?

Nope, turns out the 5PM late summer rain in 90 degree weather today was near San Jose, the normally dry heat, valley-ish drought-ridden city of the San Francisco Bay Area.
